I had a late night the day before so waking up early this Saturday morning was truly a great effort. We were to go to this place in the mountainous region of Cebu where the location of ABCCI's Bio Challenge activity will be.
But all the day's effort was worth it...
Kan-Irag Nature Park, a reforestation project of Ayala, is a watershed and home to several species of birds. Here, I was able to feel once again the biologist in me.
The Bio Challenge involved the use of maps and compasses. Its like being back in my Ecology Class in college. We had to locate for papers that contain clues on the next destination. Who would have thought that the goal would be the planting site itself. Teamwork, initiative and determination made us win against Marriott, Cebu Holdings, Toyota and Globe.
